RealScale is a technology company based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to optimizing routine transaction management processes in the real estate sector and creating opportunities for business scalability.

Business challenge

The client's business model involves collaboration with brokerage teams and companies in the real estate sector. The client needed a digital platform that supports synchronization with all necessary third-party applications, meets the highest security standards, simplifies the migration of brokerage transaction documentation, and has an internal specialized task manager. 

Project description

RealScale's journey with ErgoServ began with the need to upgrade their existing platform. Despite communication issues with the previous developers, ErgoServ committed to seamless interaction and began enhancing RealScale's operational capabilities.

Work on the Real Scale project encompassed the following key parts:

Email Processing System

Developed an advanced email processing system that automatically integrates with transactions. The system is capable of extracting important information from emails and automatically distributing it into the relevant transaction categories, simplifying management and ensuring efficient data processing.

Workflow Automation

Users were provided with tools for automating work processes, including setting up automatic tasks and templates. This significantly improves productivity, simplifies task management, and automates repetitive operations, increasing overall work efficiency.

Transaction Management Enhancement

Enhanced transaction management functions, making them more efficient and user-friendly. This includes improved integration with FollowUpBoss for transaction data synchronization, improved contact and transaction management, and facilitation of the transaction management process.

Advanced Task Management Development

Developed an improved task management system adapted for the needs of the brokerage business. Includes a variety of task templates, automatic task completion, and the ability to customize tasks depending on specific transaction stages, increasing the efficiency of agents and coordinators.

Reporting and Analytics Upgrade

Improved report generation and analytics, providing users with powerful tools for deeper data analysis and valuable insights. Includes automatic sending of personalized reports and analytical data, simplifying the analysis and decision-making process.

Application Redesign

The application was completely redesigned with a focus on improving user experience, appearance, and functionality. The design has been made more intuitive and attractive, making navigation easier and improving the overall usability of the platform.

    • Contact Sync: Enabled two-way contact information updates between Real Scale and FUB, simplifying contact management.
